hey oklahoma, Arkansas here. may you join us and the union? this is how you will be divided, your east (Tulsa and your mountain regions and quite a bit of the red river) will be part of me, the rest (oklahoma city and the plains) will become part of the union, or California more specific if you accept we will peacefully annex you, but if you don't we will probably use military force... if we choose to do so. (not saying we will, only if we have too). (sry I kinda rushed this)
we are also making our small army into one with 30k people (about 1 percent of the population) and roughly 75,000 reservists (2 1/2% of the population) and we will have about 245 tanks by the next year, and 200 ballistic missiles (non nuclear being about 15 to 30 tons of power), most of them being short range. all this should be done by the next 3 to 5 years quickly (or just over a year scene California will help us). our military spending is also 6 1/2 percent of our economy (we will turn it down when we done) (about 13 billion dollars)
