Shelly and Astro had been walking around Gardenview for hours. They had been lazing about on benches, chasing each other around, and it had all ended on this final conversation. Astro and Shelly were chatting about funny things, laughing it up, having fun. Until Astro noticed something that was off. Shelly wasn't laughing. She was crying. "Shelly... Are you doing... Okay?" Astro asked, full of curiosity and concern. Shelly wiped the tears of "laughter" off her face. "I'm doing perfectly fine. Why do you a-" "You're not fine. I can tell." Astro had interrupted. "Astro-" "Shelly, just please stop lying to me. I'm worried about you. You've been acting... Different lately." Astro put a star-hand on Shelly's shoulder. "Whatever it is that's bothering you, just tell me. I'll help you work through it. I promise." Shelly backed away slightly from Astro. She had never seen this level of concern from him before. "Astro, just stop worrying about me! I know you're concerned but just give me a break for once! You guys are always on me! Just stop acting like I'm going to hurt everyone!" Shelly had burst out. Astro grabbed her hand "Shelly, that's not-" "Just shut up!" She screamed, pushing Astro away from her. "I just want to be remembered for once! Instead, I'm going to be scrapped for parts to make a replacement for me! I'm going to die! Happy now?!" Shelly snapped. "Shelly... I di-" Screaming. Not the type of screaming from when Finn tells a joke. Actual screaming. "Shelly, we have to get to the elevator. Now." "But Ast-" "No buts. We need to go. Now." "But what if one-" "I said we need to go!" Astro and Shelly started running, not even daring to look back. There was Ichor leaking from every pipe as they ran. They had been running too fast that eventually, Shelly tripped and fell headfirst into a puddle of Ichor. Astro hadn't noticed until he looked back, he ran back in panic and had to drag Shelly's unconscious body to the nearest elevator, as soon as he reached the elevator, he threw Shelly in and stayed in the lobby. As soon as the elevator reached the next floor, Sprout and Vee rushed in, saw her unconscious body, and went to her aid. They tried their best to heal her as much as they could. "Shelly! Please wake up!" That was the last thing she heard.
