The two year civil war has been brutal on the once grand Commonwealth of Eskaijian. Military burnout and lack of morale had dragged Eskaijian into war with it's own people. The Eskaijiani Civil War also caused a massive resource depletion as most of the resources were expended into the armed forces of each respective side. When Eskaijian finally declared total war, anyone who could hold a weapon was forcefully put into militias against will. Before they were conscripted, they were given manuals on how to build basic weapons from material at home. If they couldn't build it in time, they were arrested or executed. Resources were rare and many of the factories that once churned out masses of weapons were destroyed. Instead, soldiers and militia got creative using what they had at home to make their rifles and pistols. From using hunting rifles, bolt actions from world war 1, pulling Atailitier rifles out of museums and cruddy handmade rifles shows the desperation and dying hope of the Eskaijiani people. Bow and arrows were even reportedly used by civilian militia alongside crude pistols, barely working homemade rifles and modified weapons. Even the manuals weren't enough to make working weapons as many parts suddenly would fail and spring off the rifle, killing the user or the rifle fell apart during desperate moments. The makeshift weapons of the Civil war would tell the sad, desperate measures the Eskaijiani people were making to survive the war. It's just not enough...
