Kismet doesn't harbor any malicious intent, she is completely, desperately in love with Ananke. However, because Kismet violently rewrote fate and shattered reality to bring Ananke back from the dead, she views Ananke as inextricably hers. To Kismet, keeping Ananke alive and keeping Ananke by her side are the exact same thing. She cannot exist without Ananke, so she refuses to allow a world where Ananke is ever out of her reach.
