We are offering multiple states and regions fairs deals and offers to join Iran: Azerbaijan: We are offering the Azerbaijani state to formally join the Republic of Iran and we are offering them man fair deals which would benefit them. The state of Azerbaijan and the Iranian province of Azerbaijan would be reorganized into a semi-autonomous state which the current government would stay in power and would rule over the semi-autonomous state of Azerbaijan while Iran would have full control. The current military would stay in power with new leadership as a paramilitary group and would have jurisdiction over the Azerbaijani territories. Iran would help rebuild Azerbaijan from its civil war for free. Turkmenistan offer: We are offering the state of Turkmenistan to fully join Iran as we share a similar culture and it would benefit them mostly with our massive economy and Iran would devote its resources in help further modernizing the state of Turkmenistan. The leadership can stay in power until the 2036 elections to rule over Turkmenistan while the military would stay under a paramilitary group but under new leadership. Afghanistan: We would like to buy small amounts of Afghani territory for 250 million dollars
