For starters, I turned 22 this month, on September 13th. For the first time in years, I actually invited people over- a few friends, and I got a bunch of snacks and stuff, and tried to make things cool and fun. In some ways it was still overwhelming, because I get overwhelmed in groups and find it hard to talk, but of course, I'm still glad I did it. I do find it a little- disappointing, that birthdays don't feel that magical anymore. I mean, who gets excited about turning *22*? X) or older ?? haha.. And then of course, I finally re-opened CHAOS, which I'd been thinking about for months and months now... I wanted to do it before my birthday, sort of as a gift to myself but also because I was afraid of turning 22 and wanted to at least look a little less old at the time of advertising it- though of course, nobody joined until after my birthday anyway!!! XP plans foiled. Anyway, after I've started putting myself out there again and talking to people, interacting with people, loving/favoriting lots of projects... I have been getting a TON of interaction o_O and I've gotten almost 100 more follows this month- most of them in the past couple weeks!! I try to respond to almost all of the comments I get- I'm seeing it as sort of like, an exposure therapy for my social anxiety lol- though of course, I also genuinely enjoy talking to everyone I've talked to!!! I have to say, people interacting with my story (CHAOS) again, injecting their own characters, interacting with each other and getting excited and creating their own stories in the process... has been making me really happy. I'm becoming very hopeful for the future of this RP!!! And by the way... anyone can ask me questions about CHAOS, my OCs, and the lore at any time X)) My only warning is that I might ramble on about it for *way* too long and go on silly tangents.... ~ ~ 1. Fireflight! (Warriors OC) 2-3. Previous refs for Fireflight (for comparison) 4. Trying to sketch @_0LD_O4K_S0VL_ 's character Kevii (for CHAOS). I actually really like this sketch, but I don't have any faith in myself to do a good job coloring/rendering it.. :') 5. Trying to sketch @friedbook_art 's CHAOS OC Jonna in bat form!! (but I didn't have the motivation to try coloring it ~w~") 6-7. Sketching 's CHAOS character Quinn Commensal... I'M SORRY KRIS but my rendering skills were just not all there when I drew her so you will get some ok-ish sketches instead.... I swear I will make a polished drawing of her in the future... T0T (Ok also, now that you've shared more sketches of her... I feel like I didn't get the vibes right, anyway.. U-U I will just have to keep trying-) 8. I forgot to mention this earlier but actually the way I've been imagining green magic is that it first appears as a glowing green sprout that then dissolves and energizes whoever the magic is being used on.... which like- absolutely only makes Quinn's backstory worse!!! (Bro this thing is never getting finished this whole project is soooo overcomplicated and I am chronically low on motivation) (I’ll probs share the prologue at some point tho and maybe I’ll at least finish the first chapter-) 22-23. the creature 24.
