The physical building part, it's all done! But before NASP can get into full swing, we still got to wait for the parts to be shipped here (6 irl days). And hey! Would you look at that, the LSC is almost done before the Plastic Space Center (the civil war slowed them down lol).
If you're asking how this was done so quickly, construction workers (willing and paid, of course) would live in these reinforced outhouses near the construction site. Each worker had two 7-hour shifts, leaving about 10 hours of the day for rest and break time. They are properly fed and well-rested, improving worker efficiency, rather than just the good ol' "work-till-you-die" method.
