Welcome to Solitaire! I suppose you found my game by either searching for "Solitaire" or by finding my account... somehow. When you press the flag, music will start playing. If you want it to stop, just press I. If you want to resume it, press O. WELCOME TO SOLITAIRE! How to play: Setup: Tableau: Deal seven columns of cards from left to right. The first column has one face-up card, the second has one face-down and one face-up, up to the seventh column which has six face-down and one face-up card. Stock Pile: Place the remaining 24 cards face down to form the draw deck. Waste Pile: Drawn cards that cannot be played go face up into this discard pile. Foundations: Four empty spaces reserved for building suits up from Ace to King. Tableau Building: Stack cards in descending order (King down to Ace) using alternating colors (red on black, black on red). Moving Piles: You can move groups or sequences of face-up cards as a unit if the bottom card of the moving stack fits onto the target card. Uncovering Cards: Turning or moving a top card that exposes a face-down card allows you to flip that hidden card face up. Empty Spaces: Only a King (or a stack starting with a King) can be placed into an empty tableau column. Foundation Building: Stack cards of the same suit in ascending order starting with the Ace (Ace, 2, 3... up to King). Flip cards from the stock pile one at a time (or three at a time for a harder challenge) into the waste pile. Play the top visible card onto the tableau or foundations if a legal move exists. When the stock runs out, flip the waste pile over to reuse it as the new stock without shuffling.
