Wendy lore: a Pinwheel flower taken in by Claire, now basically acting as a kind of pet for her, helping her garden. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pinwheel Flower Biology --------------------------------- Summary: the pinwheel flower is a evolved subspecies of the Mantalo flower ( seen here https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1155931557 ) native to the suburns subspace, named after their pinwheel-like face. unlike the Mantalo flowers, they will use inanimate and inorganic objects to build their own bodies, collecting more the older they are and more they grow. the same of these bodies varying from things like cats or bird to even things more humanoid or angel-like, all depending on the treatment and environment they are in;. Diet: survive on a scavenger's diet, relying mostly on plants; but also able to consume few dairy products like eggs, butter, ect as well as rotting meat. this is due to their lack of teeth compared to their cousin species, also needing to consume things like small rocks to help them digest food. Behavioral: extremely social creatures, Pinwheel flowers will often try and shape their appearance to match those around them, and will even take objects they see their caretaker having an interest in into their form. they show affection by bringing people small trinkets they collect that are too small to effectively be added to their form. they have also been seen to get jealous over other pinwheel flowers with more interesting parts than them. Pinwheel Flowers, while very smart, struggle to speak due to their little amount of vocal cords, only ever speaking with one or two syllable words
