ABOUT YOU . heyo!! i'm cloud (or harpy, if it suits you :)), an artist and occasional writer. i'm fine with any pronouns lolol.. i really love doodling characters and coming up with silly plots in my head when i'm bored!! i tend to be a bit of a perfectionist, and i might come off as a little quiet, but i see myself as a pretty optimistic person overall, and i care about lot about my awesome friends irl and online :D some of my hobbies include reading, writing, watercolors and oils, baking and organizing things by color lolol.. thank you for reading my application for the amazing sunfall!! WHICH KIT? . today i’ll be going for sunfall! his design is absolutely gorgeous,, the second i clicked onto sun’s page i was immediately in awe. all the designs are amazing but he really caught my eye! i have a tendency to hyperfixate on things easily and consume a lot of content, which then transfers to my characters and art, so expect a mash-up of various characters for my version of sunfall’s personality lol,, IDENTITY . sunfall isn’t the type to care much about gender, accepting any pronouns and very loosely using he/him for himself. at some point he'll just drop those and identify as gender-apathetic. sexuality-wise, he doesn't think too hard about it, but he's some form of pans3xual and panromantic. PERSONALITY (SIMPLIFIED AND DETAILED) . (+) heroic, persistent, head-in-the-clouds, whimsical (=) cautious, introverted, dry, skeptical (-) childish, aloof, fanatical, selfish (i'm writing the detailed rn ok?) detailed. . (negative) sunny is the type to display themselves as a hero, benevolent and kind, but deep down he’s extremely possessive and selfish. he can’t give up anything, no ounce of true trust or anything more than polite friendliness until someone can tear down his walls; see every bad thing about him and still love him for it. if someone can see all of him without judgement, he’ll latch onto them and refuse to let them go. he tends to be a bit childish, holding grudges over simple things and getting into fights at the drop of a hat. he doesn’t like to share with anyone, even if it’s just a mossball (even then, he won’t use it, viewing it as ‘beneath him’ to play pointless games like that.) secretly, in the depths of his heart, he wants to play and laugh with the other kits, but he’s too afraid of rejection to ever try something new, and just settles with playing by himself, or occasionally, with a sibling. once he gets interested in something, it’s hard to lose that interest. he’ll research every little thing he can, imagining different scenarios and doodling diagrams and pictures in the sand. He finds things like starclan, the dark forest, and shades incredible, trying to reach in and examine it like a bug. he will eventually lose momentum for a while, finding new hobbies and interests, but it’s not exactly difficult to relapse if he hears about it again. (neutral) even as a kit, sunfall is hesitant to take risks. he likes his simple life the way it is, comfortable and easy to manage. introducing too many variables could potentially flip his world upside down, and he doesn’t want to lose everything! Eventually, he might get restless and jump straight into it, but he’ll at the very least have a back-up plan. like me, he’s certainly an introvert. he doesn’t care if he’s alone all day, he’s a professional at keeping himself entertained. he can talk to others fine, but his small talk usually ends up awkward so he prefers to avoid it altogether. sunny feels safer in a comfortable silence sitting close to a loved one then being out in the open, voices louder than ever and always expecting a response. yuck. his sense of humor tends to be a bit dry, so most jokes he makes tend to be sarcasm or complete deadpan. despite this, he thinks the most hilarious things in the world are puns or dad jokes, which does tend to surprise some as you’d really think he’d despise that type of thing. (this is me projecting btw i loveee puns) all his fantasies and obsessions aside, he is pretty skeptical and usually logical, in the loosest sense of the word. he tends to think inside the box a lot, which usually works fine but he has a habit of not being the most open-minded to other's ideas when they differ from his own. (positive) sunfall, despite all his (many) flaws, is a good person underneath. he’s very noble and feels the need to try and save everyone, no matter if he hates them or if they’re a complete stranger. he doesn't give up easily, always pushing forwards and striving for greatness in all that he does. 'if it isn't perfect it isn't done' is a philosophy of his, so don't expect any half-hearted attempts from him as it frustrates him ore than it does you. during his kithood, he's pretty shy and unwilling to show weakness. so, he comes off as a bit head-in-the-clouds at first, going along with (->)
