Please call me Sadie ^^ I'm doing an application for Hearth I've been on Scratch on @Spyat, where I've spent at least a year roleplaying in Generations, though this is my first time roleplaying in TFC! I'm fairly active as Generations usually draws me to roleplay daily, so I would say, I'm active on a 8/10 scale. I want Hearth because as I mentioned before, I haven't been in any other roleplay besides Generations and Hearth, his beautiful design, and his potential for good lore feels like a good way to start off! I feel like I should win Hearth because I'm very active, have had years of experience with roleplaying and I frequently seek to make lore with any kit I get my hands on -- ❝ I just want to start a flame in your heart ❞-- - - - - - - - - - - - - - ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴛʏ & ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ - - - - - - - - - - - - - Hearth will be a cassboy, using he/him/it as pronouns but will generally be fine with any pronouns. ┆┆┆┆ ┆┆┆✦ ┆┆✦ ┆✦ ✦ -- ❝ In my heart I have but one desire ❞-- 《 ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ 》 (+) ᴘᴏꜱɪᴛɪᴠᴇ ☀ Passionate Whenever he has a reason to fight, he fights to the end. Every argument, he pours his heart out into every word he speaks. Every thought, he makes sure to either discard or to move through. You may call him a fanatic but he will gladly wear that title until he can't. ☀ Honorable He knows he has honor. He is the son of a prince. He knows honor like a friend. Every deed he does, he aims to do good, and do the best for everyone. Any cat in need? He'll try his best to comfort or assist them, no care for their origin or allegiance. ☀ Honest Hearth is not afraid of telling the truth. Every word he says, he would not lie unless he needs to. Someone wants to know if their fur looks good? He would admit that their fur looks ridiculous. Sure, it may seem quite ruse, but he only wants to help through his words. ☀ Empathetic If there's one weakness, it's his big heart. He cannot leave a friend out to hurt, no matter how wrong they are. He can't stand watching small animals or kits get hurt. It's just not in him to do so. He helps. And that extends to anyone. (=) ɴᴇᴜᴛʀᴀʟ ❊ Observant He has a keen eye, that's for sure. In his quest to help cats, he looks around. He pays attention to details some might miss instantly. He may be the first one to notice Prince's chronic pain, just because of his nature to observe the cats around him, not out of hate or aggression, but out of genuine care. ❊ Pensive When he thinks, he prefers to do this alone. He's naturally quiet and he enjoys his peace like any other cats. He just likes his a bit more than others will. While he does welcome quiet company, he will make it firm that he rather be alone. ❊ With-drawn An accompanying trait to his pensiveness, he's not a cold cat. He enjoys company, only when he wants it. When he's not helping others out or observing them, he talks solitary walks or hunts. (-) ɴᴇɢᴀᴛɪᴠᴇ ☁ Anti-social To some, it seems he just likes some privacy. But at times, he just doesn't want to be around anyone. He likes being alone, and he sadly enjoys isolating himself completely. ☁ Obsessive It's already clear that he cares deeply for others, observing them to check up on them and assisting when he can. But there's a limit and he doesn't seem to want to acknowledge this. He will sometimes stalk after some of his 'targets' trying to figure then out, or he will consistently ask their closest friends and family to figure out the source. ☁ Self-destructive While caring deeply for everyone else to an unhealthy level, Hearth barely takes any time to care for himself. In the time he could be hunting for himself, he hunts for a kit. While he could be licking his fur, he'd prefer helping his sisters in doing so. He'd rather wither so the others can bloom. -- ❝ And that one is you, no other will do ❞-- - - - - - - - - - - - - - ʀᴇꜱᴇᴀʀᴄʜ - - - - - - - - - - - - - Hearth is not concerned with becoming the HEIR to his father. In fact, he seeks to be anything but. Aside from feeling inadequate to lead, he is drawn to the clans more than he would ever know. Being the closest clan to the Willow Castle, he would eagerly visit Windclan in its GREEN splendor, favoring to sit by the borders during the SUMMER period. -- ❝ I've lost all ambition, all worldly claim ❞--
- - - - - - - - - - - - - ᴛʀɪᴠɪᴀ & ᴏᴛʜᴇʀꜱ - - - - - - - - - - - - - ◌ He enjoys fish, so you can find him by the creek often ◌ He's bound to cry when he sees a little creature, even if its prey ◌ He stammers when he's mad, sad, passionate, or just emotional. When he's all three, he sounds ridiculous ◌ If he becomes a loner, he will opt for a full name change, as he cannot stand bearing the name of a past he chose to abandon. Name ideas are Flarethrone, Crownflame, or any name relating with a royalty-fire motif ◌ He loves the color red and his scent is roses lowkey ◌ He licks his hair every few hours ◌ Waking up very early in the morning? Sounds like his kind of schedule Plot Ideas ◌ I think... I made it clear what my main plot ideas would be. He grows up in the castle with the rest of his kin. Everything's alright. He loves it there. He loves his home. But he has the urge to go to the clans. The rules... they make life feel more complete. He wants to live by guidelines or else he doesn't know what to do with himself. So when he gets a chance, he strikes up a deal with whoever is the leader of WindClan and joins, choosing to throw out his former life. Occasionally, he'd meet up with his kin, but by then, he's so absorbed into clan life, instead of even acknowledging them, he'll treat them like any other rogue. He doesn't want to remember being a loner. And he doesn't plan on remembering anytime soon. ◌ Maybe the Castle isn't what he wants. But clan life doesn't seem suitable for him either. What else to do but join a different group? Maybe the Angel's Choir is a better choice. There, he'll take up a name and still go by Hearth, only going by Hearth's ___. Hearth will still acknowledge his kin as his own. He just found a new one. ◌ What if he doesn't even leave the Castle at all? What if he stays by Prince's side until one of them drops dead? But the thought of his father perishing makes him go crazy. And the thought that his sisters would perish as well? Unthinkable. He'll go mad. He'll disband the Castle, or maybe, he would turn the group into an almost cruel group. Either your kin is no longer yours, or they never leave your sight. Family Dynamics ◌ Prince [] Hearth, at first, will obviously look up to the older cat. That's literally his father. But as the days go on, the kit will start to ponder. Yes, his father doted on him. They surely played games, talked, and the sure love was enough. But why hadn't he made an effort to protect them? What if he had just vanished? How long would Prince notice? Resentment would grow because of this, and even more as Hearth starts to notice Prince's chronic pain. He'd feel betrayed. Not protected as much as Prince protecting them from knowing he was in pain. But surely, Hearth would learn to love his father despite it all. ◌ Saudade and Storm [] Hearth respects his sisters, obeying them without question unless their words conflict heavily with his morals. He's a very protective brother, nonetheless, and he will personally track down any offender that his sisters may imply offended them. While his devotion to his sisters may wane, they are the sole cats he would still acknowledge as his kin, no matter the timelines and events. -- ❝ I just want to be the one you love ❞-- ┆┆┆┆ ┆┆┆✦ ┆┆✦ ┆✦ ✦
