This will likely be my last Tierlist for this build due to the Remix 3.0 build being out now. If Kingsmen's build ends up falling apart (very very doubtful) I will come back to this build, but for the most part, that is the build I was be grinding.
[S Tier] MM - Yes, he is the sole S-Tier character. In the largest prize pool SScB Tourney coming up, he is literally BANNED because of how broken he is. He is genuinely considered to be Steve Ult or Bayo S4 level. Insane combos and kill power. And has a true ZTD of grab > ko punch on half the cast. [A Tier] SG - Very very broken combo game. NAir goes into itself and can also chain into other aerials. His UpB is also pretty annoying and hard to edgeguard against. And he has probably the best edgeguarding in the game with barrel. Only thing holding him back is how big he is. RC - Has a lot of good combos, but they aren't true nor easy to due like SG NAir loops. He has strong kill power, mostly thanks to DAir UpB. His fireball helps a lot in neutral, too. SD - Self explanatory if you know anything about this game. Puffy - Has a true UAir ladder into rest. INSANELY broken aerial game. Can bully almost the entire roster off stage completely. Main thing hold them back is how light they are. They die SUPER early and have a very predictable game plan. [B Tier] CE - Very strong in of himself, but the other characters in A-Tier are simply better. He can and Puffy could honestly be swapped, though. He has strong combos and good combos enders, however, his game plan is obvious. Just be fast until you land a move and follow up with a combo. Play careful and you should be fine. ECat - He is definitely a solid character. Has good combos, for sure and an amazing recovery. But, he can sometimes have a hard time killing and is also VERY light. He has decent edgeguarding and is definitely viable. The others are simply better. CBs - They aren't allowed in rollback, but we have played with them a bit on Parsec before rollback came out. They do have some REALLY good combos and can destroy anybody at 0%... however they usually struggle to start the combos and also get gimped very easily. Chrarth - Can rack up damage VERY easily thanks to his amazing combos. However, he struggles with killing a LOT and his neutral is just DTilt and FAir walling. His recovery is pretty gimpable, too. [C Tier] Psykid - He has good combos, but that's about it. He will get you to kill percent, but then he cant get the kill off because he has no actually confirms. His neutral is literally just FAir walling and super beatable. His recovery is SUPER gimpable. And he is very light and will die super early. Metron - Idk much about her, honestly. Plus, there's only one good Metron who Ive hardly talked to. (Igorex). However, I do know she has hardly any combos or kill confirms. Her recovery is mediocre if Im also not mistaken. Pakku - This is where we start getting into unviable. Most his combos are very predictable since they tend to just start with a falling NAir/FAir. If you get hit by hydrant blowing up into UTilt into a combo, that's on you. He has low kill power and his neutral is honestly the worst in the game. His recovery is decent and his fast aerials are the ONLY reason he isn't unviable. [E Tier] Mariano - Has pretty decent combos, however, he struggles to pull them off. Fireball seems like a good neutral tool, but in reality, it does practically nothing. His recovery gets gimped by literally everybody. He is SUPER edgeguardable and dies very early. He can only really kill with FSmash since combing into FAir is so predictable when he wants to go for it. He is also VERY slow. This is why he is the ONLY unviable character and honestly might have at most TWO winning/even matchups.
