F- being the lowest, while S+ is the highest. rules: - you cannot submit a character with little to no info. - you must add a reference link for lore if you cannot summarize it in the instructions or notes. - you are NOT to fill in any board sections yourself. - editing the background and adding visual effects is allowed! - common sense please - if the project ever goes unshared, that's because it's been closed and is undergoing an archival of each rating done so far. please be patient until it reopens. - you should know EXACTLY where your character should be placed on-screen.
