Go to https://rokcoder.com/tips/file2hex.html drop your room there then click load Rom and follow the instructions, after press convert, then wait for the project to finish and have a list of things in the images list, copy each item, paste them into a search bar in a new tab, press enter, and then press ctrl s, do that for each image In the list and you have your backdrop images for my NES emulator project, to use them, delete the existing staticy backdrops, and add these images, make the first one's name a plus followed by the game name, and make the last one's name the game name followed by a minus.
