This is a nice and modern block of flats which opened in Aug. 2011. It features a great sounding little hydraulic Moore and Rodriguez (Orona) lift with a rather custom brass COP and a Bucher pump. This lift goes 1 m/s and runs quite well but doesn't have pre-doors. Also, this lift is maintained by Guangdang Cat Lift since Aug. 29th of 2026 and they added loads of Guangdang cat stickers inside the lift. This place also has a 2nd gen Firesweeper fire alarm system with EST Genesis speaker strobes and remote strobes + a Daikin HVAC system. Both are from 2011.
