This is a nice and modern block of flats which opened in August 2009. It's lift was a really nice Orona wormdrive but it got fully ruined by Lotso-Cummins and it's now full of AI slop + runs painfully slowly! Even the indicator has AI slop hence the title! Also, the building's interior is full of AI slop too and the lift is maintained by Bimo since Aug. 2026! They added their cringe goofy audio player + the "Hi my name is Bimo" blar blar blar thingy every time the doors opens! In 4 words, THIS IS ULTRA DISGUSTING!!!! This place also has a 2nd gen Firesweeper fire alarm system with EST Genesis speaker strobes and remote strobes + a Daikin HVAC system. Both are from 2009.
