This is a nice and modern block of flats which opened in August 2008. It features a rather cheap and slow 2008 Stannah MRL hydraulic that got a stupid mod by Bimo Lifts in Aug. 2026, with DMG buttons, Lester logic, Wittur doors, a speaker that plays the "Hi my name is Bimo" thingy every time the doors opens and a goofy audio player! Yuck! However, this lift levels very quick for a hydraulic Lester Controls lift and it even has a bit of pre-doors! Also, the black background Lester LCD display is pretty rare but this lift is still rubbish! The pump sounds epic though, but the sound is ruined by the stupid goofy musics! This place also has a 2nd gen Firesweeper fire alarm system with EST Genesis speaker strobes and remote strobes + a Daikin HVAC system. Both are from 2008.
