It has become VERY CLEAR after certain events that, our current military force has: 1) Abandoned the UNPKF's stated mission of restoring order in north america, as New England was at relative peace before the war. 2) We lack both the training and equipment to fight and sustain a prolonged conflict. 3) Our military leadership is both incompetent and outdated. As a result, we plan to reform our military to focus mainly on mechanized warfare, which should improve our mobility and effectiveness in a modern battlefield. Second, we are replacing military generals formerly belonging to New York's national guard with those from the UN, this should not only fix army incompetence, but also would instill loyalty in the UN's goals for the North American continent. However, the former process will take a lot of time, so we should only commit to engaging in conflict if Absolutely necessary.
