it looks kind of awful but.... actually, there isnt any silver lining to this, its just bad i think the composition is the worst part, if i were to do it over again i would've picked a more interesting angle. as it is right now, this is like, the most boring possible way i couldve framed it as for what the art is, this is link, specifically the hero of legend. this is what i imagine him looking after you get all the upgrades in alttp. i thought the colors were a little garish on his in-game sprite, so thats exactly why i wanted to draw it. i figured itd be good practice.. the bunny is also link, when he first enters the dark world. hes supposed to be sort of weak and defenseless as opposed to his normal self, so i tried to capture that here. hes very small. i think hes actually supposed to be like the same size as his normal self? but given that a link to the past is like a 90's pixel art game you cant really tell the full intention with the sprites
