Greetings Everyone! Tis I, Vinncel, and I wanted to draw my insane character, Ludwig the Rat. He is a manipulative sociopath and always gets his way. One of his hands is cursed and emits a smoke like fog, which is very harmful to those that choose to get in his way. He is very disturbing and cruel, but I love him dearly. Also, I love his hair, it's very splendid.
