We officially form the Pacific Treaty and Trade Organization. This is a defensive alliance for all Pacific Nations, this does not replace the East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere, the main differences being that it is broader. Plus, the East Asian Co-Prosperity Sphere is designed for former Japanese Imperial territories to come together and form a fair alliance. The PTTO is for any nation in the Pacific regardless of Historical Japanese Alignment and it leans far more into the Trade aspects.
