I'm in the Middle of drawing it so you can't see it yet. But you can read up on him and learn more about the LORE of this world. Backstory (Very Tragic, Be warned. You will love him even more after you read this.): Pepper was Born a defective Blood Dragon. He couldn't speak that well and wasn't as pretty as all of the other blood dragons. However, Since Blood dragons are pretty optimistic (Explains why Pepper is always happy?), The Tribe loved him. He was well loved and happy with his kind (He was also the only child in the tribe of blood dragons since it was a new tribe). However one day.... Another Blood Dragon from another universe told the tribe of some grave news. Every Blood dragon tribe was exterminated except this one. Pepper didn't understand what was going on as parents hid him. After a while, He smelled smoke and blood, and he heard roars from his tribe. he thought that they were playing a game. So he left his hiding spot. And what he saw.... scarred him forever. He saw someone massacre his entire tribe. He ran to his parents for comfort and watched as they died brutally. He sat next to his parent's dead body for a couple of weeks. He was going to starve to death but a farmer passed through after selling his crops at a nearby town noticed the grief struck dragon on the brink of death. So he took him in. This is when Pepper got his Pepper addiction. and farmer kept telling him that it was called a Pepper so Pepper learnt the word and that was the first word he will ever learn. But since he's the last Blood dragon in the multiverse and the G.O.O.D society wanted him in containment and so, Pepper watched as another loved one died in front of him and for 8 years (until he was 16) he was tested on, some tame, mostly painful though. Then he escapes.
So the Main Design Changes I made were the Horns and Tail. I also made his scale colors not fit well so it matches the fact that he's a defective Blood Dragon.
