Type any binary value, and scratch cat will convert it to denary. How does this work? Easiest way to explain it is it singles out each value starting from the first one. For example: Say I use the value 0010 There are 4 individual values, so you would write the 1, 2, 3, and 4th power of 2. However, they have to be "backwards" What I mean by this is rather than it being 1, 2, 4, 8. It's actually 8, 4, 2, 1 You then put each value from the binary value into the numbers: 8:0 4:0 2:1 0:0 You then look for powers with a value of 1 next to them, you add these numbers together. In this example the only number with a value of 1 is 2. Which means 0010 is equal to 2 There you go, I am dumb so if you don't understand the explanation, forget I said it, or do some more research :D
