the first one (lever-block-output) is a 'buffer gate', which keeps the output the same. (a not gate is the opposite of a buffer gate) Now don't come at me saying there's no such thing as a XAND gate, becuase there is! It's most used name is the XNOR gate. XNOR=XAND, |-1|=1.
