Dako | U.A. High School, Class 1-A Dako is a 16-year-old U.A. student standing at 5’11”, with messy black hair, striking blue eyes, and a confident expression with a slight hint of arrogance. He’s calm, laid-back, and clever, but he enjoys a good challenge and doesn’t like being underestimated. His Quirk, Shadow Manipulation, allows him to create, shape, and control shadows as extensions of his body. He can form them into weapons, tendrils, spikes, shields, restraints, and other constructs. Dako can also use shadows for stealth and movement, allowing him to travel through or between areas covered by darkness. Dako’s fighting style focuses on speed, unpredictability, and strategy. He studies his opponents and uses the environment around him to create openings rather than simply charging straight at them. His creativity makes his Quirk difficult to predict, especially in environments with plenty of shadows. However, his Quirk has limitations. Extremely bright areas and environments with very few shadows make his abilities harder to use effectively. Overusing his Quirk can also leave him physically exhausted. Despite his intimidating abilities, Dako isn’t cold or emotionless. He’s usually relaxed and enjoys joking around with people he trusts. He’s competitive, confident, and sometimes a little cocky, but he genuinely cares about his classmates and will step in when someone needs help. At U.A., Dako quickly becomes known as a versatile and unpredictable fighter who can turn almost any battlefield into an advantage.
