Cara jumped onto highrock. Already cats were starting to look up at her. Wondering. She would have to word this carefully. "Cats of Whisperclan." She began. "I am here to tell you about one of our clanmates." She continued, hoping this wouldn't end horribly. They hadn't freaked out too much about the dog. What's a kitsune? "We have discovered that Lilacpaw possesses an unusual gift." That sounded like the right way to put it. After all, Lilacpaw was raised a cat, so being able to shapeshift was basically just another ability, right? "She can shapeshift. But the reason for it isn't exactly the same as other cat's abilities." She paused for a second. "She was born a kitsune, then appeared in the Whispering Wood along with the rest of you, except she had shifted into cat form. I didn't discover her secret until I had brought everyone to camp." She mewed. It was a relief, having this weight lifted off her shoulders. "That was partly the reason I decided to bring Albite into camp. She can help protect the clan, as will Albite." Cara said finally. She hoped that the cats would understand. "After seeing how easily Lilacpaw took to clan life, I thought maybe Albite would too.
