We would even offer sweets and foods to Azerbaijani forces to show we come in peace. With this mass amount of men comes a diplomat to give word to the Azerbaijani leadership we come in peace and we would protect them incase things get really bad. While we further march we might see conflict so we would show our white flag and explain our goals. By day we might reach Baku and we would start explaining our military involvement. Meanwhile we would order our Air Force to start bombing the insurgents station in Azerbaijan to give them a clear warning to leave. We would offer the Azerbaijani government our military support and we would give the around 100 million a month to pay for any damages done to the state of Azerbaijan in exchange they would be under our occupation for a while until said crisis ends but they will have control and even have authority over all Azerbaijan territories in Iran to show we come in peace
