This is a pseudo-random number generator based on the MINSTD random number generator. When the program starts, it will ask you for a seed. This seed can be anything, but follow the instructions and use only numeric characters (Don't input "123,456"). Then, it will give you your random number. Please don't put your random numbers/seeds in the comments without reporting a bug about the project. If you do see a bug, it is necessary to record not only the seeds, but the state of the cloud variable too. Please don't change the global variable. Whoever uses it with a global variable too big might find it to be 10 billion times slower. (really!)
This is a pseudo-random number generator based on the MINSTD random number generator. Although you may think that this would be fast, it actually take a perceivable amount of time to think. The "Hmm..." is real! To avoid the problem that results in the fact that inputting the same seed twice giving the same number, the program iterates the algorithm a number of times specified by a cloud variable (a good way of persisting data) that changes every time a random number is generated. It should be possible to make this simpler, but this avoids the problem of random number generators having a finite period. I have to thank D. H. Lehmer for inventing this type of number generator, and Stephen K. Park and Keith W. Miller for the parameters for the MINSTD revised random number generator.
