Alright, since our oil shipments are currently being strained and with that means our natural gas supply is strained. We need an alternative to alleviate some of that pain at least until our oil drilling sites are up and running. So the Government will begin funding Japanese Car Brands like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, you know, to begin developing more electric vehicles. These companies already had electric cars before but we will start encouraging them to make more so we can put our oil and gas supply toward the Military instead of Civilian Cars. Gas cars for civilians won't be illegal it'll just be encouraged to invest in one of these new electric cars to help out the government.
Also to accommodate the new electricity needs, we begin pushing for counties across our nations and their local governments to invest in Wind and Solar Power Fields, to do this we are granting them government grants. We already have many dams across the nation that are producing power as well like the Yoshino Dam which I built in this roleplay.
