On August 26, 2026, we lost a legend. A leader. A friend. Peter Cullen gave Optimus Prime a soul that no one else ever could. His words, “Til All Are One”, are not just a battle cry, but a promise of unity, hope, & courage. He taught us that true strength isn’t about power or volume, it’s about heart. He said, “If you want to be a leader, be strong enough to be gentle.” That wisdom lived in every line he spoke, turning a robot into a hero, & a hero into a friend for generations. Though Peter is gone, the legacy he left behind will keep rolling forward, forever reminding us to lead with compassion. Whenever you look to the stars, think of one of them as his soul. Til all are one.
Remember, if you want to be a great leader, be strong enough to be gentle. Do not let those under you be in conflict with each other, but rather in unity with each other.
