With the 2nd Iran-Iraq war ending in an Iranian victory the region has become unstable and the trauma of war grows so lets make sure Iraq doesn't see another decade of pain Rebuild Baghdad: We would start by spending 250 million dollars in rebuilding Baghdad. We would send trucks full of soldiers with construction teams to help rebuild the city. We would hire national companies (the ones from the new tehran project) to help rebuild Baghdad. While we build the city Iranian forces will start building military outposts and camps because we would stay for a while until things calm down. We would start building refuge camps to lend humanitarian aid for those who lost it all during the war. Meanwhile we would work on rebuilding the damaged air port so people can flee the country but for now we would start a lottery. Those who win it would get a free plane ticket to leave the hellscape of what became Iraq. We would only work on Baghdad and the rest of Iraq would not be much of importance to us because of our plans Kurdistan realized: After centuries of pain and suffering Kurdistan is free. With the new capital of Mosul the new Kurdish republic has been born but is very unstable and can blow up at any given time. We would be deploying 45k voluntaries towards Kurdistan to protect the country and remain as peace keepers. With us having a grip on the new Kurdish government with our past deal with the KFM we would force them to start free and fair elections. While the Kurdish elections begin we would give the Kurds a loan of 500 million dollars so they can rebuild the country and they must pay back by 2040 with a 15% interest. With our past deal we agreed any land the Kurds gain 50% of its oil is Irans but dont worry we share the profit I make from them so a Kurdish state develops. Ah yes balance and peace brought to Kurdistan
