He has exceptional intelligence and is a master at collecting blackmail. Soundwave is very menacing and cold, with a rather fitting robotic voice. However, he is not emotionless. He cares deeply for his mini-cons, Buzzsaw and Ratbat. Soundwave's abilities include reading minds and using sonic weapons to stun his enemies.
