now we're into the factor pairs and desaturated primes! now here's where things get interesting! squares will look like their square root sorta. they'll basically be a sort of *10 equivalent to them, but with extra features wherever applicable (such as a step mask and possibly other stuff). the desaturated primes start off as mouthless, generic characters, but then "figure themselves out," leading to their proper design being developed. factor pairs will have multiple faces and voices dependent on their squarest form (i.e. their checkerboard pattern). they have to figure themselves out from there. their figured-out designs are fusions of their factorizations, but with some unique features wherever necessary. furthermore, primes will be inspired by the nth element of the periodic table (where the number is the nth prime), since the names themselves are based on said elements. exund: she looks like decimal 60 but with square eyes and a magenta step mask. she acts like her too. she's practically a large six. agen: agen is the physical embodiment of caution. she is very careful and knows how to keep her cool (because 37 degrees celsius. note that this scale would be established after decimal was but before the switch to aperial in this base's "canon lore"). also, like my old 37, she's a pilot! but this time it's for an actual reason. her name is based on "magnesium," which has been used in planes! dull: he's dull. as in, not bright. he's the true introduction to aperial's factor pair system, yet he constantly forgets about what he is. he's like decimal 38 but he also has glasses. treck: basically decimal 39 without the "thirteen?" thing. he's good friends with len since they both have a performing thing going on. he has a crown that somewhat looks like a wig. the crown has three bandages sticking out. kinot: she has a rectangular blue mask with a pink star on it. she's like my three-do-four, a hero themed around musical superpowers. how cool. blume: here's a good question to think about. will the aperials be based on rodolfo's fan designs in any way? maybe. blume's just here to formally introduce diamond shapes in a more advanced way, demonstrating that they're the sum of two consecutive squares. but she's like rodolfo's old 41: a baker! she's based on aluminum (13th element, her prime root), which is used in cooking utensils, cans, etc., notably in restaurants! neat. exsev: basically decimal 42 but with a face not reminiscent of 40. the face would be a bit far apart, and he'd have a necklace with the colors of the multiples of six up to him. he has the teleportation gimmick. he says things like "i don't mean to bother" and "what rot" as a subtle reference to the six-seven meme because he's always at sixes aGEEEEEET OUUUUU- cill: he's like rodolfo's fanmade 43 because they were based on silicon (as is this one's name!). silicon is used in technology in semiconductors and whatnot. cablev: basically canon 44 with even eyes and debuting with rectangly features. kinine: decimal 45 basically, but she has nine-like eyebrows and a star on her eye. deem: they'd basically be my old 46 (but with glasses). biologist, curious about humans, likes mountains, etc.. doss: she's kinda like my old 47 but female (because the number's relevance to star trek SEEMS base-neutral), space explorer who feels safe when exploring with deem and their double neem. but here, she also relates to phosphorus. she is very interested in alien life (since phosphorus is in chemical compounds necessary for life). exot: she's just decimal 48 with a mask and spaced eyes. sevund: he acts a lot like 70 and has rainbow limbs and a necklace where each string is fully rainbow instead of one color per string! kinab: she's a supreme rockstar (because star times double star, and the first multiple of 5^2 to be "compound") with stars for eyebrows. triheff: he has a crown and attire similar to heven's writing shtick. he excels in zany fiction, especially sci-fi and aliens. cadeck: she's basically my 52, a card-playing rectangle who has bad luck with draws and schedules weekly events. she has eyebrows that each have two bandages on them. enul: the name "enul" is slightly based on sulfur. enul's introverted like my 53, but she also seems to have an interest in mystical stuff like alchemy. she can have a bit of a witch-like attire at times. she works with medicine, sometimes trying to create things to cure her ailments (like her lack of rectangles), though such plans do go south. exine: he's decimal 54 with distant eyes and nine-like eyebrows. kible: he's like decimal 55 because of abb's space stuff. he's also shown to be very good with sports in general... in space, even! he has a star eye and football shoes like the other blevens, though his personality doesn't lean into the ball stuff quite like the multiples of bleven before him. sevot: she's decimal 56 but with a necklace colored like the multiples of eight.
i also put a bunch of jull's arrangements here. i also also changed some colors to make them be more diverse and feel less decimal-centric. trull: he's dull's older brother who tries to guide him through things. he's quite sick of dull's forgetfulness, but he only wishes the best for him. he has a crown with zigzags on it. doff: doff is double toff. he has glasses, but resembles toff apart from that. he can split into the first seven primes for whatever reason, but his main interest is golf (as he's a very good score in golf). flore: flore is very obsessed with cleaneliness (sann is obsessed with perfection, but flore wants things sanitized a lot). she's based on chlorine and its use in the likes of cleaning products and disinfectants. she's also a bit salty (because sodium chloride hahahahah). exab: two star eyes a bit far apart. she also has a clock on her body similar to cad (because 60 minutes in an hour and 60 seconds in a minute). she's very good with time in general. garon: garon's a master of steps. he demonstrates the wallcorner shape and the diamond through splitting into equal-sized steps with one block leftover. but more importantly, he's a fan of lasers and lights (because argon). he's very chill and often sits near a lot of lights, but he can also be lazy (because argon's a fairly unreactive element). divill: she's good at planning events and determining distance between events by time. she gets around through an unconventional method of transportation that isn't rays: a clear truncated icosidodecahedral ball. sevine: he's decimal 63 but with eyebrows. otund: he's basically decimal 80 but also a square number. kideck: he's my decimal 65, a musician who has trouble getting a good gig. he has a star eye and a five-tally bruise on his body. exble: he's my decimal 66: a football team of step squads and a host of a crazy luck-based die-rolling variant of football. hass: hass is a botanist. he has a wide array of strange plants. he's based on potassium, as it's the 19th element and he's the 19th prime (hence the name). since it's potassium, i'll predictably say he likes bananas. wow. how original. caheff: she's like my five-do-eight. she analyzes literatures and splits into four hevens who give a more creative and positive outlook on the writing. trineem/treem: she's the embodiment of tiredness and overworking. she works in biology like the other neems, but she feels a continuous need to do a bunch of work, sometimes multiple jobs at once. this is based on her value corresponding to E in ascii, the most common english letter. not much else is interesting. sevab: he's a strange one... or should i say, weird? he has strange movements and behaviors. well-meaning, yes, but he always comes off in an odd way.
