Pretty simply, we begin a blockade of Japan and Indonesia, because they are warmongers that attacked us. This is gonna be a tight blockade, meaning we'll make sure no bad stuff gets through. Currently, Japan could use piracy to steal from neutral nations, but that's not good. also, the Strait of Malacca is already dangerous due to pirates, so I don't think too much already goes by. This should be pretty simple to do with out naval advantage. Really rushed because I wanna put it out. it's not really a turn in the war either.
Also, we do pre-emptive strikes on the 3 closest navy bases, which can stall them away. They don't have any major navy bases that can threaten the western blockade. This means it shouldn't be too difficult to stop. We are able to set up mines around the chokepoints of sea traffic, so it's harder for nations to get through. We will have our ships mark a path through the straight of malacca. This means we only have to guard the entrance to the path, or else the ships explode.
