We formally begin developing the oil reserves on the island of Sakhalin, in the Sea of Japan, and around the coasts of the Japanese Core Islands, the Island of Sakhalin and the Islands that go from Japan to Kamchatka. The Sakhalin Reserves alone are enough to produce 5.1 billion barrels of oil for us, the Sea of Japan just adds much more to that number. These development projects will be government funded, and people will be encouraged to get jobs on Oil Rigs and Fields by a large paycheck, specifically for the Offshore Rigs. Ships will come and go from the rigs to collect the Oil and take it back to the mainland. Also to make sure our rigs are safe, the Japanese Navy will make sure that any Military Ship entering the Sea of Japan from a hostile nation is watched very closely, if they attempt to attack our rigs or oil tankers, they will be sent to the bottom of the Sea of Japan as quickly as they came.
The crane listed on this drawing is designed for the transfer of Oil Barrels and Large tanks from the Rig to the transport ships.
