The Imperial Army must constantly change our tactics and strengths to remain the best of the best. Therefore, we instate several reforms to keep us powerful. The first is Imperial Conscription, this is a conscription law that basically serves as Extensive Conscription for my fellow Hoi4 nerds. The goal is to recruit 5 percent of our population regardless of gender in one year. Technically one may opt out of Conscription, but they will be expected to join the workforce then and they lose the Veteran Benefits I will mention later. Speaking of the veteran benefits, Veterans in our nation will now receive subsidized education, healthcare and have their basic needs covered by the government, it is the least we can do to respect the people that served our great nation. More on conscription, the military service is based on a 5-year contract, you may choose to renew your contract at the end or go home. If you go home, you receive veteran benefits, if you stay, you will be able to continue renewing your contract until you hit age 50, which is the mandatory retirement age for the Military. The Army itself needs guns and other supplies of course, so we begin constructing more Military Factories across the nation, which not only provides jobs to the unemployed now, but it also provides more industrial jobs later. Our factories will focus on producing guns, artillery and support equipment (support like Field Hospital equipment, engineering, comms, etc). These three things are the building blocks of each of our divisions. We also begin building up the Marines of our nation, due to the fact that we are an Expansionist Island power, we will be doing a lot of naval invasions so a strong Marine Corps is a necessity, we take inspiration from the old United States of America for our Marine Doctrine, seems a good idea as the U.S. Marines were some of the best in the world. Though, we also take some stuff from the British Royal Marines, combining the two to produce a really strong Marine Corps for future Naval Invasions. The Marines will work together with the Army and Navy to come to a common goal, something that will be essential for them. As for training, basic boot camp will be pretty standard, a lot of drilling, exercise and roughness to push out the weak and allow for only the best to gain a strong position. We will have some Live Fire Training as shown in the image which will involve Recruits going into a mock town and tracking down a target, they will have to clear each building and take out target dummies. They will practice tracking, trigger discipline, and aim primarily alongside other basic skills.
