With the surrender of Vladivostok, Japan has claimed its first major victory. Vladivostok itself will become a puppet of the Japanese Empire, a government loyal to the emperor is put in place. The USSR will be granted port access to the port of Vladivostok as per the deal, while they will not own the port, they will be able to come and go as they please. Sakhalin and the smaller islands that go from Japan to Kamchatka will become Japanese directly owned, this is due to the fact that they are generally weak with no major cities, therefore there's very little they can do to deny this. Especially since they're too far north to receive foreign aid, too close to our shores too. Plus, the Pirates won't intervene due to our deal.
