Warning!!-Mentions of de@th ----------------------------------------------------------------- Celestialruby stared blankly at Russetruby's grave. He managed to make it from the boat. Might as well use it since it wouldn't have been used any other way. Really it was just wood around the area he'd buried Russetruby. But it was enough. Enough to make cats realize it wasn't just a hunk of sand. He'd stayed lying beside Russetruby's body for so long that he hadn't moved until Thundersong had gotten back. And after that he'd started on this. It was the least he could do for his mentor. He tore his eyes from the newly constructed grave and looked up at the stars. It'd say it would be watching him...was that true? That's when it truly dawned on Celestialruby. He didn't really have any type of belief in Starclan. Sure he loved looking up at the stars but he'd never actually wondered about afterlife before. Because none of his loved ones had d!ed. Was Starclan real? And if they were...was Ruso watching him right now. He looked back at the grave. Blizzard had said she'd visit. But when? And how? Celestialruby had so many questions...and even less answers. He missed it...he missed it already. Cel looked up at the stars once again. She said she'd watch from the stars. And Celest had no choice but to trust those words. The stars...so far away...and out of reach...but always within sight...and always watching...for some reason that gave Celest some semblance of comfort. He smiled despite the tears falling from his face.
