This is a nice and relatively modern block of flats which opened on November 10th of 1998. The lift was an Express Evans style cheap Otis 2000 hydraulic but it has already been HydroWared by Cleo Hissar in 2026. And even though, it now has intelligent levelling, the new fixtures/panel looks ugly, it has been slowed to 0.5 m/s, has an 8 seconds long delay before the doors open after it stops, has the stupid and cringe Colitas chime and a speaker which plays the slowed Cleo and Cuquin song on loop! It even lost it's door close button and the new button beep is horrid! They also added a stupid ULCEP fan which activates every time the lift needs to move and is very loud! The only things that are OK or good are the intelligent levelling and the hydraulic pump sound. Also, some jerk added some AI-generated Labubu slop stickers on the lift doors + some even more disgusting AI slop in the hallways! YUCK! This place also has a 1998 Simplex 4100+ voice evac with 4903 speaker strobes and 4094 remote strobes. However, the 1998 Daikin HVAC has been replaced in 2023 with Kotori junk!
