Izzy: "Before we start, I want to say a massive thank you to all 94 of you who have followed my account! It is so amazing to see our community growing so fast. Our next big goal is hitting 100 followers, so if you are new here, make sure to hit that follow button! Today, our very first weekly message is called: New Name." Izzy: "In the Bible, whenever God did an amazing work in someone’s life, He usually changed their name to show their new path. Abram became Abraham, Jacob became Israel, and Simon became Peter. A name shows who you belong to and what your purpose is. As an Oneness Pentecostal Christian, I know that the most powerful name of all is Jesus! When the disciples baptized people, they didn't just say titles like Father, Son, and Holy Ghost—they used the actual, literal name of Jesus. We are doing a lot of cool things on Scratch right now, but we always want to keep our space clean, respectful, and focused on God." Izzy: "Thank you again to all my followers and friends for checking out this project. Before I log off for the weekend, I am leaving you with our Focus Question of the Week. I want you to go to my profile comments right now and tell me your thoughts! Here is the question: When God changes someone's life, why do you think giving them a brand-new name is such a powerful sign? I can't wait to read your answers in the comments below. Have an absolutely blessed Sunday at church tomorrow, everyone! Bye!"
