♡ 60+ Dta! ♡ Truly thanks everyone who got me to 60 (128 now! thats more that twice the amount :0) followers! I am so grateful to have this many people appreciate my art, especially since all of you guys ae so nice! Thank you!!! ♡ What is a DTA? DTA stands for draw to adopt! I have character designs in this project, and draw one (Or as many) as you like! I will decide which one i personally like the best, and the winner will get the character! ♡ This DTA is based off a book compilation called the fairy books. There are twelve, Crimson, Red, Orange, Yellow, Olive, Green, Blue, Lilac, Violet, Pink, Brown, and Grey. All of them are vaguely based off of their respective book! ♡ Prizes! 1st- the character 2nd- pfp, 3-5 doodles (some pfp's will be done by my awesome bestie @novacious tell me if u want me to do it or her!) 3rd- 3-5 doodles ♡ PLEASE CHANGE THEIR NAME IN YOUR PROJECT. YAY!!! Entry #2 I know i can’t win both yellow and orange but WOW i love both their designs so much… i do prefer yellow more, since i’ve already made a backstory and a LOT of lore! But orange is really cool too......... Yellow would be so cool and i really do need more winged cat ocs... Um 1.) sad canary Rendering is basic and the fur rendering did not turn out well but this is probably my first time drawing a crying char so … i like the wings 2.) super epic scene Originally began as canary and cyrus but after experimenting i decided a scene would be cool! The snow looks soooo amazing!! 3.) js canary and cyrus I envisioned this as after they got caught in the storm and cyrus injured his wing. Canary is devastated but cyrus is mostly concerned for his brother. 4.) canary Yayyy another scene! I practiced with forest scenes and it’s not too terrible! I drew these doodles of Yellow and for some reason it seemed fitting for him to have a bunch of lore and sad backstories and that immediately brought to mind some lore ... so here it is. Canary (Yellow) is a reserved, mysterious, and has a lone-wolf mindset and lifestyle. He was born as a winged cat, and when he was younger, he took his younger brother Cyrus on a flight where they ran into a dangerous storm and eventually crash-landed, which left Cyrus's wings injured. They stopped growing, and although Cyrus is optimistic and refuses to let this slow him down, Canary always blames himself. Later while out hunting, Cyrus runs into another accident on land because he cannot fly away to flee, and Canary fails to save him a second time. Only this time, Canary can't even find his brother. Cyrus is lost on land for years, all while Canary is devastated and overwhelmed with grief because he believes Cyrus is gone forever. Finally, after years have passed, Canary runs into another storm that brings back the worst memories of his life. He lands on a remote island, injured but alive, and is unable to care for himself. Cyrus, however, lives on that very island and finds Canary, caring for him until he finally wakes up. The two brothers are overjoyed to see one another and Canary chooses to leave his home in the sky to live in another home, closer to Cyrus, and although they do have their occasional disagreements, they get along well.
