An EU_02 operative infiltrated a Vossium Corp base with one objective: deliver a parcel to General Kane. The parcel contained a flash drive. (To see its contents, look inside the project.) The following was said to Mr. Kane before the Lictor left the flash drive in his possession: “Hello, Mr. Kane. How have you been enjoying the new regulations imposed on your Vossium Corp by your glorious President Carter?” “...Or has she gone back on her words from her debate with Ashford?” “...Matters not. I come here with a gift of sorts.” The Lictor places the box on the ground and slides it toward Kane. “Inside that box, you will find a flash drive containing top-secret logs that we pulled from your servers.” “I am giving these to you to do with as you wish. Bring them to Carter; destroy them; use them; inform the families of the Elite Four; whatever. We trust you'll use them to your advantage.” The Lictor enables its active camouflage and leaves.
