We’re looking for kind, active, and creative staff to help run and promote our S-Pop group ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ AVAILABLE POSITIONS Advertisers – promote our group & projects Designers – banners, album covers, thumbnails, layouts General Staff – support trainees & keep things organized Mixers – Mix songs and get them done on time Activity Requirement: You must be online at least 5 out of 7 days each week and able to communicate with the team. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STAFF GUIDELINES (Please read carefully!) ✧ Staff members must never comment on or judge anyone’s vocals, dancing, visuals, or progress — privately or publicly. Comparisons and discussions about trainees are not allowed. ✧ Any form of racism, discrimination, hate, or unfair judgment toward trainees or staff will not be tolerated. Respect is mandatory. ✧ If a conflict or issue comes up, contact the owner directly and privately. Sharing problems with other staff members only creates drama and is not allowed. This will be included in the staff agreement. ✧ The staff group chat should stay clean and professional. If sensitive topics are mentioned, a TW (Trigger Warning) must be used.
