Low interest loans will also be given to Australia or USSR if wanted/needed. This will be a key factor in helping us get out of the depression, opening many opportunities. The aid will take 28-32 Days to arrive via Truck, Airplane and train to arrive to Florida then shipped via the Panama Canal
