NPC for TTG based on @AppleWaffle1005 a resident in the T.A.P. housing unit with mild schizophrenia, anxiety, and biPOLARism (god I'm so funny). he believes that random residents are actually the vessels of 5th dimensional being of which created this universe and that thousands of spectators are watching the every movie of those around the town.(which is WRONG, because it's actually around seven thousands) and gives tony a crowbar to open the hole in the wall next to his room to prove his theory right (allowing them access to the boss room)
