He truly is a Puppet Master.... John was puppet... that he controlled perfectly. He had hoped John would turn to trying to destroy the world. The PM didn't want to have to do all of the dirty work... but if you want something done right, you gotta do it YOURSELF.
How did John get his powers, if he never had an extradonaria? But then the PM picked him up with one of John's vehicles at the last second... and took him to The Forbidden Land, while simultaneously giving him an extradonaria. Because... John had O- blood. This is not a nice convenience. The PM had chosen John BECAUSE he had O- blood. On top of that, John was easy to get agitated... he was the perfect fit for this job of the PM's. The perfect fit....
