REMEMBER: This proposition is just a suggestion and can be accepted or rejected by a vote of all ministers. - 1: All ministers are to undergo a second election, where all participants of AU/SU:RE, including ministers, will vote on whether they get to stay or get demoted. This part of the proposition may be stalled or withheld entirely if needed. This is to collect information on who trusts whom. This will be the only place where arguing will be tolerated. Any disrespectful talk, however, will be dealt with accordingly. - 2: @Princess-Of-Wales will be in charge of rewriting the rules to avoid confusion and make things as transparent as possible. Ministers will also be able to provide feedback. - 3a: Any arguments must be taken elsewhere to be resolved. Arguments will not be tolerated inside AU/SU:RE. A new project or studio will be made explicitly for arguments. Disrespectful talk will not be tolerated and will result in a kick or a ban. - 3b: Disrespectful talk, even if labelled as a "joke", may be met with a kick or a ban. A minimum time for a kick will be set at three hours. All ministers have the right to call out disrespectful talk, and a vote will be held to decide the offender's punishment. All ministers must be respectful, regardless of identity. Again, if you are about to engage in an argument, you must take it out of the AU/SU:RE studio and any projects under or related to it.
