Camilla waited for her turn. She was called after a nervous girl (Starweather, Kate!) went to Gryfindor. "Sonter, Camilla!" was called, and Camilla nervously sat at the edge of the chair, hat heavy against her blonde curls. Her mind felt like it was being flicked through page by page. "Ah, very brave...Very worried of your studies too...Which will it be...Well, I suppose. RAVENCLAW!" it hollered. Camilla sat to loud applause. She waited for Cassidy to go, but when the girl who was crying earlier was called she watched curiously. The Hat proclaimed her Ravenclaw, and Camilla watched curiously as she sat a few seats down from her. Camilla was saving a seat for Cassidy. Eventually Cassidy was called. "Lowannae, Cassidy!" it called, and Cassidy confidently sat, hands on her lap patiently. The Hat chuckled, probably finding some very funny memories. From Cassidy's crazy stories on the train, it was in for a treat. "Perhaps Hufflepuff...Or not...RAVENCLAW!" it hollered again, and Cassidy took her place next to Camilla to applause. Camilla smiled at her. "We got the same House!" she said excitedly. Cassidy grinned in agreement. "I know, right?! SO exciting!" she stuck out her tongue and shook her head, eyes closed, so she looked like an emoji. Camilla laughed, and eventually the rest of the first-years were called and the Feast began.
