The Esderic Council has now left their homeland, with each council member boarding a Titan Mothership to explore and colonize a new galaxy. One of them arrives at Frontier, aboard it is High Architect Neptunium of the Esderic Council. The Council still communicate with each other and Emperor Noxus on a regular basis, so they are still pretty much carrying on with their same jobs. After searching for a adequate planet to set up as their capital in this new galaxy they find an Earth-like world named Ripperian V. It is large, with small rings and several moons and has been appointed by neptunium as Ætherium's Frontier Capital. Once the mothership unloads enough of its cargo to develop the planet into a suitable capital Ætherium immediately begins expansion and takes over several other nearby systems, hereby establishing a small colony in this new galaxy.
