First I brought Timber out into the snow, it was cold, but not too cold. I started out by letting her sniff the harness. She took a few deep sniffs and licked it once, before she proceeded to snatch it from my hands and I had to grab it back. Silly girl. Then I tried resting the harness loosely on her back to see how she would react. Timber twisted around to see what was on her, the harness moved a little although it didn’t fall off. Then she proceeded to twist around in a circle until the loose harness eventually fell off. I walked over to pick the harness up, giving a Timber a quick pat and deciding to call it done for today. Hopefully next time I can get her comfortable with the harness.
